Best tasting lasagna we ever had. Also enjoyed their house salad, garlic knots, and cannoli. Enjoyed the piped in Italian music.
Service, food, and ambiance all fell short. The servers made an obvious discussion about who 'had to take us' even though we were there an hour and a half before close, and service continued to be less than impressive. We could tell our server was new, but we also felt like no one was overly excited to have us as customers. We ordered a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, but it was barely chilled, and it wasn't served with a wine chiller... While nothing out of this world, the food was ok. The major issue was that around 9:15 (closing time is 10pm), the whole restaurant smelled of Fabuloso because they were mopping the room next door. I understand cleaning before closing, but the smell was unbearable and we couldn't finish our food. Definitely wouldn't return. PS Deepfried crabcakes?!? No, thanks.

The server was very good and attentive. Large portions and delicious. I have been there before and this was not the case. We have left before because we were not waited on or greeted when there was only one other table. The food is very good. Today we were the only customers, again, it use to be very crowded. Today was excellent service. Will try it again.

Service was par ;waitress did not ask if we wanted beverages e.g [wine ; had to ask for wine menu.Bread was cold ,hard. Noticed other patrons were greeted with reference to what they wanted to drink.

There were only 2 servers for the whole restaurant, gave us cocktail napkins due to linens not delivered that day, had to ask for silverware, took forever to get food.

The food is delicious. We were disappointed in the salad as we remembered our previous visit had more in the salad besides lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red cabbage. We were very disappointed with the service--slow for the night which was ok with our food but then when our server finally brought our tab she would not come back and get our payment with our card We had to take our bill to another server to pay it.
The service was excellent as was most of the food. The only thing we were disappointed in was the cannoli. We purchased 7 desserts that night including 5 cannoli. All of the cannoli were filled on the outside but the all of the middles were empty and my guests were very disappointed.
The food is delicious and the service is always excellent!! We have never been disappointed in any dish we have ordered! The salads preceding all entrees Are especially crisp and fresh and accompanying garlic knots are exquisite indeed!! Thank you for your incredible restaurant!!
The entrees were soupy runny liquid for both my husband and me. the fish was horrible, undercooked and mushy. :(

We no longer order chicken because it was under cooked one time. Pasta dishes good although we were told no lasagna was available. Our waiter was working alone and it a good job but it was hard with so many customers. We preferred when the restaurant opened for lunch earlier.
Would have rated higher but the staff, although quick to clear plates and fill water, was not very friendly and this was a downer.
Slow service. We wer eher a while before we flagged down someone to bring us drinks. 4 in our party. 2 people got their food and it was a few minutes before the others did. The waitress seemed bothered with every little request such as a carafe of water, shake cheese, etc. Some of the dishes were not hot, not cold, but not hot

Overall dinner was good for party of four. Food arrived quickly and a generous portion is served.

Tuscany has a good neighborhood atmosphere. Also, the calamari and shrimp entree was excellent. The Chianti added the right touch.

First timer here... a great find! Everything from the Salad, the garlic bread, the wine selection to the meal itself... was awesome! We'll be going back!

The server did not deduct the coupon off our bill. We brought it to her attention, she deducted the coupon and returned our corrected bill. She also returned our credit card, which was now broken in half.
Overall good. Food was excellent, service was just okay. there were 3 service people on the shift but were very busy talking among themselves and not being attentive to the customers. I also had a hard time reading the menu due to lack of light. I noticed there were 3 light bulbs burnt out in the area where we were seated.

The dinner special with wild Alaskan Salmon with crab was really good. Salad plate was dirty - exchanged for a clean one. Otherwise, a good dinner.

I have never eaten at an Italian restaurant before, so it maybe I'm just not acquainted with there style of cooking. I ordered flounder and it tasted soggy and too vinegary, so then I ordered chicken marsala as a replacement and I was able to eat the chicken but again it had too much vinegar in the pasta sauce and was not to my liking. I'm not usually a picky eater but I will never eat there again. My niece ordered shrimp alfredo and she enjoyed her meal.

After calling ahead for a reservation and being told it wasn't necessary it was annoying to have to wait for seating when we arrived. Really started the meal off on the wrong note. Am curious if Tuscany is under new management? The food was good though.

Delicious REAL Italian food. Fresh salad and bread knots (with or without the garlic...I get them without)are great. Our server today was Alex, a friendly, personable young man who provided great service. I usually come with high school friends, but today it was "date day" with my husband.
Delicious food - just a little too pricey for me. If I had known we were getting the garlic knots and salad I wouldn't have ordered the bruschetta.
We got caught in traffic so arrived late for our reservation and had an event to attend. Meals were prepared quickly and high quality to ensure we were not late.
Extremely nice young woman took care of our every need. Food was the best in our area.
