Staff was very friendly and professional handling ever manner. Had a mixup with the order and an issue using the coupon through restaurant.com. They were prompt and happy to resolve them both. You can tell they were people that were happy to serve.
The food is delicious - they have a lunch buffet as well as several menu options that you can order individually. I appreciate the excellent service!
The waitress didn't even attempt to get us highchairs for the two babies we had with us, she confirmed the water order with me and forgot one of the waters. We told her we were separate checks and she rang us up on the same check, then it took longer to pay because she had to adjust it so we were able to use the Restaurant card we purchased.
The service was fabulous as was the food selection. The food was fantastic, no complaints.
Excellent food. Often there is a wait because it’s crowded, but this time we told them we were in a hurry to get to the airport, and they were perfect. Aloo gobi, tharka dahl, and saag paneer were excellent.
The food is exceptional. Because it is good, when you go during a “rush” time, you may have to wait for your food.
Food was as good, service could use a slight upgrade.

The main waiter was not very professional. The rest of the team members were exceptional though! The food was very good with perfect sized portions.

The food and service are great, but when the waitress asked me if I would like some mango chutney with my meal and I said yes, she neglected to tell me it was an extra $3.00 charge. That was a surprise on my bill, but it was good. I would suggest if they are going to recommend additions, they should warn you they're charging you for it! It won't keep me away, but I'll be sure to ask next time.

We were able to be at the restaurant for the buffet which is always delicious and especially appealing because there are many different dishes to sample. The chef REALLY knows how to cook chicken and has a deft hand with all the great Indian spices.
Food is very good. Service was also very good. Bartender was especially attentive.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and I was looking for vegan dishes. The waiter was very helpful. The regular menu didn't indicate which were vegan, but their carry-out menu did, so he gave me one of those to make it easier for me.

The female server was very friendly and we enjoyed conversation with her. The food was great and so was the atmosphere of the restaurant. Wonderful place to dine.
we have two small children. so called ahead to place our order and they were great. food served within 5 min. of arrival.
First waitress was outstanding in helping us choose from menu. When she left, second waitress was at best detached, slow, just got around to doing her job.
Have tried all the Indian restaurants in Spokane, TOI is the best.
Comfortable place, great décor and the staff is very passionate about the food/service! He gave us great suggestions on the menu as a few have never had India food. It was Great Tasting! We will be back for more !! Keep up the great job!

Very little meat in the meals. Butter chicken had less than 4oz in the bowl. Very disappointing especially when it was a meal and expensive.

The restaurant interior has been remodeled since our last visit. The food and service was always excellent , but the entire dining experience is significantly improved by the remodel!
