All tables are high-tops. We sat at the bar. It took awhile for anyone to acknowledge us even tho it was not crowded. The bartender/server did gave me samples of a couple beers before I ordered. He was knowledgeable about the menu.

We love the food here, very unique menu and the Monte Christo is especially good. However, service is usually very slow. It seems most attention is given to bar patrons and those in the dining room are forgotten about. Everyone in our party finished their beverages before we saw the server again.
It has a very nice laid back Caribbean vibe with reggae music. The server was working very hard, but had a lot of ground to cover. The food is very reasonably priced and the drinks were good.

Sitting at the bar waiting for my take out food, I noticed that the top of the bar was very dirty with multiple rings and spots. It looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time.
Came in on a Saturday night and was seated promptly. Great food and service. Dont remember our wwaitress' name but was one of the best ive ever had! Ive been in service industry for 10+ years and shes really one of the best
Our waiter was excellent - upbeat attitude, cheerfully answered our questions, good sense of humor. The food was also excellent - lobster bisque, chicken curry, rice and beans, and fried plantains, with churros for dessert. I especially enjoyed the chicken, plantains and churros. All reasonably priced. Good atmosphere as well - lively but not obnoxious, and several TVs if you're a sports fan. All-around excellent experience and will definitely go back.
Good light atmosphere on a lazy Sunday afternoon
Server was very nice. My steak tips were ordered medium but they were very well done. No pink at all & chewy. The garlic mashed were good but very heavy on the garlic & pepper. My daughter had the poor boy sub which was good but needed more sauce or mayo since it was dry. She loved her shrimp & corn chowder.

Just had apps. they were very tasty. One chicken wing was not cooked all the way thus the good not great. We were outside and it was great on a beautiful day.

We waited a significant amount of time for our entre to arrive at the table which was concerning as it was a deep fried dish to which when ordered in the past took less than 5 min. to article at the table. The quality of the food was also a bit disappointing from past visits.
The steak tips were excellent. I would just specify that they be cooked as ordered so they don't get too well done.

the food was really bad. Also, there was another large party next to us playing quarters on the table and was really annoying. I'm pretty sure the people next to us left because of the noise from the larger party.

I ordered the steak tips and they weren't very good to my taste. Kinda tasted like liver, but ive had them at home taste like that. I think ive heard its how they are cut but who knows. Sweet potato fries tasted like they were cooked prior and then cooked again. Plaintains ive only had them once and these weren't as good, but im not a pro on them. Also got the tatertots w/steak, steak was dry but tender, nothing special. Boneless tenders were fair, batter needs some attention but were homemade tenders. Prices were very fair on most things. Waitress was exceptional, usually they make u feel they are put out if u ask for too many things..not this one! over all the quality of the food was great, just the taste wasn't there.

It was very empty in there. It took 5 min forsomeone to even notice we were there. The server was nice. The service was slow. The food was OK.

Food was good, my hamburger and my wife's sandwhich were very good, my friends "tatertot" dinner was skimpy on the fixings and his wife's salad was tasty but small. The waitress was very good. Overall, I would not go out of my way to eat there buti would not hesitate to eat there again if we were nearby.

Steak roti was very good, as were the sweet potato fries and onion rings. Not really a pub menu as there were many Jamaican inspired menu items.

Great place to enjoy a couple of beers watching the BU hockey game!! The food was incredible the Jamaican flavors were out of this world !! Will be coming back soon. Also enjoyed the variety of tap beers. Awesome place!!!
