The Frozen Pelican offers 28 flavors of shaved ice, endless shaved ice flavor combinations, smash burgers, sandwiches, fries, tots, onion rings, 100% all-beef hot dogs with many toppings , nachos, Pete's special fresh squeezed fair-style lemonade , milkshakes and hand-scooped ice cream all at an affordable price and in a FUN, family-friendly beachy atmosphere. We offer dog friendly outdoor seating. The Frozen Pelican won the 2024 Tri-County Voters Choice Award for BEST BURGER AND BEST FRENCH FRIES. The owners first opened The Frozen Pelican in 2013 in Keystone Heights, Fl and made it to No 1 on Trip Advisor and were even featured on the State of Florida's tourism site VisitFl. Future expansions include live music and cornhole.
