Heat hostess Nicole and our waitress Danni was excellent!!
Have the ossobucca every time I go, it is awesome. My wife had the Carne de cantalone which was fabulous.
We visit every year when we are in the Poconos. Always GREAT service, great food, great experience.
We went there for Wing Night. The wings are large or you can have 1lb of boneless wings.

We travel approx 110 miles round trip to dine at this restaurant always use a coupon but we enjoy the ride especially this time of year and the food is very good

There is a good choice to pick from on the menu and prices are fair. Our bartender, Rich was very friendly making our dinner enjoyable.
Arrived a little early to restaurant opening. Not a problem. Waitress was pleasant and attentive. Food came out within a reasonable amount of time. Accommodated a birthday with candle in a (paid for) dessert and song.

Always pleasant servers and the absolute best mashed potatoes. We asked if it was possible for our food to come out quickly as we had limited time. They rushed our order for us and were totally accommodating. We enjoy dinner here montly.

The waiter took his sweet time checking back in with us, I didn't appreciate that - it took way too long to get things that we needed like more napkins or more bread I had to literally ask for bread when you go to a restaurant that's a given that they give you that for the most part or at least release the restaurant I go to and then he didn't give us enough for the party at the table I had to ask for more the food was mediocre for the amount of money I paid I would have expected it to taste better my children would not eat their food it was horrible to them and the adult food was okay we took it to go so we could dr. it up ourselves when we got home - for the amount of money they were charging the food should have been on point and it wasn't was very disappointed - then to top it all off I sent my Adult children off to the car with the younger children to get them situated and I guess they thought I was going to skip out on the check because two security guards block the door just behind me and the waiter took forever to come and get my check so that I could pay the money was in the truck the whole time waiting for him to come back to take it he never did so I asked the security guard since he was so close to me to go and get my waiter and he yelled across the restaurant floor for my waiter how inappropriate and ghetto is that I was very embarrassed and uncomfortable we won't be coming back!!!!!!
The food and service were great.
The vegetarian burger was a little soggy but the burger with Swiss cheese was awesome. The waitress was as sweet as pie!!
the stipulation on our certificate was %37.50 in food; we spent just as much in cash as when we have no certificate; not a good deal in our opinion

Great atmosphere, super nice waiter. Drink prices were decent compared to other places. $6 for a specialty drink. Chips are homemade, wish I knew because they were awesome!

Only complaint was the sanitizer container was on a stand about 10 feet from where we were seated, vey strong. We had our waitress move it so we could enjoy our food.

I visited this restaurant in July & was not able to get a bottle of Pinot Grigio , although it was listed on the menu. The same issue happened today. If they're not going to carry it, they should take it of the menu. Their sister restaurant, Nick's Lake House right next door always has Pinot Grigio. I guess I'll go there instead. The crab cakes were delicious. Rose, our waitress was dry nice.

Knowledge of wine is very limited. The menu indicated that the Cavit Pinot Grigio was available. Then our waiter said it wasn't. He said no Pinot Grigio was available. Then he came back & said that a Bolla Pinot Grigio was available by the glass. We wanted a bottle. After much back & forth the waiter said we could get a 1.5 liter bottle of Bolla Pinot Grigio for $30. We agreed. I asked for a bucket of ice for the wine. It never came. It it obvious that Shenanigans is lacking in wine selection & knowledge. This whole process took way too long.

the food was good but, we had to wait a long tome for our meal and also was not offered a salad or soup with our entree. That was a first time.
Fast kid friendly service Our server anticipated all our needs. She even asked if we wanted the kids meals with our appetizers, which as any parent knows is a very good suggestion. Everyone enjoyed their meal

No need for reservations if you eat early.Great for large or small parties.
Alcoholic beverages were reasonably priced. Our food was very tasty and attractively presented. A Nascar driver was signing autographs so the restaurant was buzzing with excitement and crowded. Service may have been slowed up a bit because of this event and the crowd of people. Our server was very friendly and helpful.

We had to wait more than 30 minutes for our order to arrive I know it was a busy season but that is not acceptable, We order Ceasar Salad , Burger with French Fries, Pasta with cheese for kids, after waiting more then 30 minutes food arrived almost cold, My kids did not like pasta with cheese -which is their favor meal, I would not recommend this place

these are considered gift cards, not coupons so why wont you honor them as gift cards and not coupons? we were there when you had 1/2 price hamburgers but they would only honor one or the other but not both

This place was so fabulous that we went back two nights later! On our first visit, I had the best black-and-bleu burger ever and definitely worth the $9.75. (My husband also loved his crabcake sandwich.) Lo and behold, Thursdays are "burger night" and that fabulous burger was half price!!! Their homemade potato chips are also great. Service is friendly and excellent. If you visit Lake Harmony, don't miss this place.
Restaurant was very cold, although they did pick up the heat, Coconut shrimp was overdone and bland and the the sandwich was also blandService was good
Our WAITER "JOE" Was WONDERFUL!!! Very Personable and made us feel VERY COMFORTABLE!!! And The CLAMS CASINO were the BEST we have EVER HAD!!! They are Our FAVORITE Appetizer and we have ordered them MANY TIMES/MANY DIFFERENT Restaurants and YOUR ARE THE BEST!!!

We have eaten here several times before. The service is always great. The food this time wasn't up to par.(some of it). Wings were good, Caesar Salad, soup of the day was good. The Kabobs were not good and we ended up not really eating it and just took it back with us.

We have just moved to this area. We were excited to try this restaurant. However it had less than 10 customers at the time we visited and the service was so slow. I had to ask for drink refills three times. I started in a glass cup then the waitress served me in a plastic cup... the food was sour and this restaurant will not be a place we visit again.
Only had appetizers. Food is a bit pricey but very good.

Have been there before; this time the food was improved, very impressed.
Large portions, crab cakes were excellemt
The food was great, the service was not. The waitress was at our table very little, we ran out of drinks and had to wait to even see her to ask for more. It was not busy, so we didn't understand why. Also, we had a handicap person with us and asked for a table. The hostess said all the tables are upstairs, I looked at some empty tables to my right and she said that I guess we could give you the table for 6 but she didn't want to. They are not very accomodating for handicap people.
We stay at Galleria every President's week with a group of 15 or more and always look for restaurants close by with good prices or coupons. The place was great and will return again next yr.

For a Friday night on President's weekend, the service was poor. It seemed as though they were short of staff. All of the food was good except the chicken cheesesteak which was extremely dry. Could barely swallow the meat! We probably would have stayed longer and had dessert, but it took forever to get our food and with the slow service, dessert would have cost us another 1 1/2 hours! We eat here all the time but were disappointed on February 17.
Crab cake sandwich was sooooo good
Not only did we enjoy the good food here, but we enjoyed the conversation with our entertaining writer waiter. We hope to visit again when we're in the area.

The food could be better and the decor needs to be updated.
Servers need to learn not to reach infront or through dinee's the should go around to serve or take plates away. We had a good meal and enjoyed the atmosphere. Will go back for sure.

The waiter was friendly. The portions were huge. However we were surprised when we were served a pair of muffins rather than the dessert we had ordered. Our waiter told us you were out of dessert and we should "try this" but he didn't know what it was. Very odd.

I asked our server about a certain salad and he said it was good, but suggested another salad that he felt was very good. I ordered what he suggested and thought it was great - very tasty! Thank you for always providing my family with a wonderful meal. Colleen
The food took too long and I ate two rolls while waiting, so I couldn't finish my meal. Food was excellent!
The food is always terrific hers. My kids always ask to visit when we can. My only complaint would be the price of the crab legs for the size of the portion. In fairness, it did say how big the portion was on the menu, but it seemed really small when it arrived. Everything else was terrific.
Our service was poor. There were only afew patrons, and plenty of servers, but they didn't pay us attention. We had to ask for everything.
