They need to fill pizza up with more ingredients, it almost was empty.
The pizza was really very good and they have very unique soda selections
We were excited to try out pipeline pizza since it has a lot of great reviews, but unfortunately the cheese pizza and calzone we ordered was very salty. We’re not sure if we would like to give pipeline another chance since our first experience was not what we expected.
Drove 30 miles to eat there. Worth the drive. We will definitely go back. Nice employees and clean restaurant. Only dislike was the lack of name brand sodas. paid for a drink and ended up drinking water. We are a pizza eating family and will take my parents next time.

Quick. not crowded. easy to order. lunch combo meal. various choices. quick turnaround. the food is good. Like the tvs AND music rnr!... the server checked on me frequently, refilled my drink, and napkins.

Pretty good. I've tried the chicken Parmesan sub and the meatball sub and they taste how you'd expect them to taste from a franchise (which I don't think this is), not great, but good.
good food, easy in, order counter, sit, they bring to u, tvs, little slow to deliver, waitress kept missing my number sign and walking around looking for me when i was in front of her the whole time. but all in all good place. i b back.
We had the pizza as pick up so did not stay. Restaurant was clean and tidy :)

Pipeline has the best thin crust pizza in the Pasadena area. We love their pizza and calzones.One caveat:if you dine in, be aware that it's not a quiet atmosphere. They have several screens playing different movies and/or sporting events. We prefer takeout.

I was happy to learn that the Original Pizza Pie reopened a few doors down as Pipeline Pizza. The food is as good as before and the service was quick and friendly. This is my granddaughter's very favorite restaurant, so I was thrilled that it reopened.
The staff is always friendly yet professional. The food is the best in the area. You always feel at ease there.
Pizza was great! And love the dressing for the Greek salad.
There was even an elderly gentleman playing Italian music on an accordion while we were there.

Outstanding food, great pizza, lasagna, cajun shrimp pasta, sandwiches, etc. in a casual neighborhood restaurant. Turn your house salad into a Mediterranean with sundried dressing for a small amount. Great desserts are fairly priced, enough so that it's not necessary to share to afford. So sad they've lost their lease. Our fingers are crossed for a new location. We wouldn't mind a longer drive but we certainly would miss The Italian Pie.
The very best pizza in town, period. The spaghetti & meatballs are fantastic! Fresh salads, great garlic bread, and delightful canoli. I love everything on this menu!

Live accordian on some notes (call & ask)... live songs, movie themes, 40's tunes. Pay the few cents extra for fabulous Mediterranean salad to go with your homemade lasagna. Great tiramisu too. Low key, welcoming atmosphere. Wonderful, wonderful!
The food was excellent! Best meatball, chicken florentine and shrimp florentine calzones and the baby loved the spaghetti and meatballs! Wish it wouldn't close!:(
Need Better Wait Staff. WAiter Was Polite, But At A Point Did Not Return To Table. I Had To Ask For Check After Waiting A Long While.
The wait staff was extremely friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. Also, there was a man playing the accordian that made for a romantic atmosphere. We will definitely return to this Italian Restaurant.

I like the inside its pretty hole in the wall. Our server was nice at first but then later on I needed a refill tea and she passed by several times and didnt see if i needed any. When i finally got her attention another time she walked by i asked her if she can refill my tea when she had time. and I felt like she got bothered a bit... It didnt feel so comfortable to eat there anymore. We ordered a pizza that had spinach and feta and another with there signature pizza and i felt like the meat did not have such a good flavor. the ceasar dressing was something i did not like. I did like the crush and the spinach pizza however. if i ever go back i would get that one again. another thing i liked is you can byob. something i might try.

There are lots of great items on the menu so there is something for everyone.. The food arrived quickly and it was hot and wonderful. The employees were attentive and friendly. Overall, just a great experience. Thank you.
We really enjoy their pizza. On Friday nights there is usually an accordion player. Not a fancy restaurant, or anything like that. More of like the old style Pizza Huts.
Great food. We ordered Lasagna and Chicken Cacciatore. We expected same ol, same ol, but were pleasantly surprised. Both dishes were excellent. Service was great also.

The waiter we had was so attentive and very friendly. Food was very tasty.
Nothing exceptional. They were decorated for Halloween but had a number of signs telling customers not to touch the decorations. I think this creates an unwelcoming atmosphere from the beginning. If you are that particular don't put decorations up in the first place.
Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and accurate. Very refreshing as the food is always excellent but in the past service has been sub-par.

We got to this restaurant one hour before closing time. The waitress rushed us a bit when taking our order.
The Cajun pizza was great however my husbands lasagna was horrible! He said it tasted like potted meat... The consistency wasn't good it was mushy and taste awful!
Reasonable prices,good food.ordered canoli and they were almost burnt with very little filling.had to ask for silver ware to eat salads with.
The Alfredo sauce was too thin and watery.
Waitstaff is young and inexperienced, but eager and solitious. The food is always great - fresh salads, good size portions, and absolutely the best pizza. Prices are very very good.

Havedriven by, seen and shopped right next door to this restaurant for years and never had tryed it. Wow were we impressed. Great Ceaser Salad, Pizza was also good.

the lasagne was wonderful
best pizza ever. my wife had the parm. chicken she gave it a 4 of 5. the cannoli was good and the peanut butter pie was rich. overall a great resturaunt. Thankyou to the waitress service was awesome.
I had never seen the restaurant so crowded, yet the service was still great and the food was delicious as usual, with no additional wait due to the crowd! We love our Italian Pie!!
This is the 2nd time we found brown spots on the lettuce. We do enjoy the food very much, though, and plan to return. The service has always been wonderful.

Fantastic service and the food was awesome, we had pizza, manicotti, the artichoke dip, canolli and tirrimisu. all was wonderful better than anywhere else in town with the exception of the tirimisu that was a little lacking. Will go back often to eat again. Thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. Very nice and clean and spacious. Nicely decorated. Easy to find. Portions were very large!! Would definitely go back again!!! Food was great!!!

There was a very "home" feeling at the restaurant. The prices are also very reasonable and the food was freshly prepared.
The salads were great. One of the kids had the kid's pizza and loved it. I had a muffelata and it was good as always. We had two separate orders of spaghetti with marina sauce for two of the kids. The sauce tasted like straight tomato puree with no added ingredients, but there wasn't anything actually wrong with it, just bland. The big disappointment was my daughter's fettucini alfredo with chicken. The sauce tasted scorched/burned. When we complained they readily prepared another plate, which we took home as take out, and they credited our bill for the amount. Later that evening my daughter reheated the take out portion, and again, it tasted scorched. We were told that the cook had made a new batch but it tasted like it was out of the same batch. We contacted the manager of the restaurant and he offered to prepare a brand new batch and deliver it to us in person. When I told him that my daughter lived in Spring Branch and that I wouldn't expect him to deliver it that far, he offered a gift certificate that he could mail. This restaurant is normally very good, and I've had their fettucini before. It's normally very good. Worth another look, given the fact thatm the manager was trying so hard to make it right!

This is one of our favorite restaurants. Their food is fresh and very flavorful. The atmosphere is friendly. The service is always excellent.
The toasted raviolli was under cooked, the cannolis were burnt, and the pizza lacked flavor.
The manager told our waitress to come tell us that we still had to spend $2 more to use the certificate when we hadn't even ordered dessert yet. Because of that reminder I ordered the cheapest thing I could. We planned on ordering 4 desserts but only ordered 1 because of the "friendly reminder". It was almost like walking into a convenience store and having the clerk follow you around to make sure you're not going to steal anything. I felt it was very uncalled for.
The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. We enjoyed listening to the man playing his acordian.

This will probably get the owner upset - but I think it WAS the owner who attended us. I doubt anyone else could have gotten away with staring at us from the cash register; picking his nose - thoroughly!! - at the register; walking towards our table three times to clear off a neighboring table, but "forgetting" to bring me the Sprite I had asked for; not clearing plates we were finished with that were crowding the table; bringing a large pizza box & to-go box (I did ask for them) while we were still eating & the table totally crowded.... Goodness - I truly believe this man was trying to upset us so that we would not return - because we had the certificate. I would NOT return if it weren't for the restaurant.com certificate and the good food. Previously, I have bragged on how good the food is to my acquaintances and brought others with me, but with such actions I now regret my recommendation. He has EXCELLENT food - but this sort of behaviour is totally unacceptable.

Great Pizza and delicious tiramisu and peanut butter pie. Ordered a calzone to go and it was huge. Would definitely visit again.
