waitress was frazzled as were most of the staff. forgot our drinks and was cold the rest of night cause we asked again. our appetizer came less than a minute from meal. thanks. right? don't ever order French fries here. came like noodles, gross.

Our waitress didn’t remember our side items. Slow service and there weren’t many customers there. The “hangover burger” didn’t come with all the toppings listed on the menu.

The owner waited on us and was very nice and told us all about the building and history. He was very nice and the food was great. We had the special - lobster mac and cheese and we also had the french onion soup. Both delicious
The only bad part about the restaurant is if you are seated at one of the two tables by the dot that leads to the small patio. That is where the smokers go in and out. When it’s cold outside you get that blast of cold air. Also when they come in you get that cigarette smoke smell. Not the most pleasant smell when you’re trying to eat.

Cocktail (Cosmopolitans were great) French fries were hot, but soggy. Probably rewarmed. Reuben -- good flavor, again toast was soggy -- probably a rewarming process.
Soup was watery. Fries were just horrible - cold and limp, no crisp.
The mozzarella sticks, burgers, and service was great.

It was the bar owners mother's 101st birthday celebration. There was a live Ohio band named Serena, very entertaining. Everyone includimg staff were very humble and friendly. Loved the free show with dinner and my drink.

It's the first time I ever had a waitress automatically add 20% tip to the bill for 2 people. The drinks/Happy Hour were not good drinks. It did not state that on the coupon purchased from Retaurants.com. Maybe it was just a bad day. Had other good experiences there.
When we gave the waitress the restaurant.com coupon she applied it to the bill AND automatically gave a little more than a 20% tip. I was very offended that this would been done for a party of 2 and without any mention of it being done.

I came in before the crowd so I got fast service, then people, families, special event groups came in. Food etc was better than I expected, so was the atmosphere. I will most likely stop by again possibly to watch sports with a bite to eat.
Server was a bit mechanical/cold. Could have smiled, been more friendly. Food was exceptional/Yum!
We have visited this restaurant before & it is consistantly slow service, from food, to service to payment. We wont be returning any time soon.
Been going there 46 years when it used to be Krueger’s and Roberts.
The food was pretty good. We were lucky to go when there was a wing special. The service could have been better. There was only one waitress which was fine for the amount of customer but she was not as attentive an on her cell phone.

Spinach and artichoke dip had an "off" smell, bitter-sour smell and had a horrible taste - and its something we get every time, so i know how it should taste. pizza was great - but cooled off too fast due to ceiling fans and what I really didnt like, is that the employee's FULL name appears on the receipt - when i mentioned this to my server, they said that they have told management/owner that they dont like that (twice) and it still hasnt gotten dealt with

Understaffed so service was very slow. Server was very good, just had too many tables and responsibilities for one person.

Slow service busy wing night
The broasted chicken was more like fried chicken with a thick batter. It was juicy, however I would not order it again. The fries were a little bit over-cooked for me. The others in the party loved their food.
First, the staff was excellent. The food was very good. They also have many specials during the week / weekend.
After we arrived it took @ 10 minutes to take our order, 30 min for our app to appear and another 45 min for our food. We were the last table to get our order even though others came in after us. We did order broasted ckicken that takes 20 min, but it wasn't even started until at least 55 min after we placed our order. The waitress claimed they had uber delivery orders that came before ours. No explanation on why others after us had food 1st. This was not the first time we had slow kitchen service. Plan on waiting for food. After this experience we will not return and will be exchanging other certificate for better options.

I like the atmosphere, but with the food it depends on what you order. Great fish fry and delicious mac n cheese, but the crispy chicken wrap has twice been a huge disappointment. Chicken was so crispy it was burnt and there really wasn't any chicken. It was petrified.

Service was slow, bartendress wasn't too friendly. The waitress we finally got was nice enough, but it took a long time to get a couple of sandwitches and fries. Awful warm in the place too.

Was a hot day and air conditioner was not on, worst service I have ever received. I made a order to go and after 20 minutes of waiting I just left because it was so hot in there and was frustrated.

We had to wait forever to get our fish fry, (40 min!) and it was early, lots of empty tables. Server never came by to alert us, or check on us after we got the food.
The food was good BUT while my son and I were eating the people that were hanging around the front door smoking were creating such a fog it tasted like I was eating out of an ashtray . . .They need to rethink using the front entryway for the smoking lounge.

What a joke menu lists pork chop sandwich as 6 ounces. Smothered in cheese and could not see the 1/8 inch thick chop do I scraped off cheese and there it was. So dry too. I upgraded and ordered onion rings and was similar to buying frozen rings from Pick n Ssve. Riesling wine was bad. Even with RestaurNt .com discount I wasted my money.
Waitress could have been a little friendlier, smiled or something, food was great though.

This place has very slow service. At the time we arrived I only saw one bartender who was also acting as a waitress and one other waitress. We were there from about 5:15 - 7:15pm and the place was pretty busy and there was a shift change at the bar and maybe one other waitress added. During their "Happy Hour" and "Dinner Specials" they need more people working there. This is my 2nd time and both times they don't have enough staff.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with smiles. The food was amazing. Our server did an amazing job even when she was handling several tables.
