Despite being shut down due to a fire in an upstairs apartment, & now the Pandemic, the folks at Next Door soldiered on as best they could. We're really glad they did, because they do such a good job at what they do. Friendly service & good food in a hometown atmosphere.

This is a small family restaurant open only for breakfast & lunch. My wife & I like the simple atmosphere with great food (but not fancy) and the low home-town prices. The service is almost always very good & friendly. It's quite common to find a group of farmers sharing a meal & conversation at one of the round tables. This place is real, not plastic like some other places.
Great service. Servers were very attentive. Prices were reasonable, food was prepared and served efficiently, made with quality ingredients and had good flavors.
Was disappointed in the hash, did not taste like what I've had in the past.
Small Town Cafe. Good Food NOT manufactured as in many "Chain Restaurants". Also, very good service. My wife & I enjoy going to Next Door for a relaxing meal, where many of the town-folk go for friendly conversation.
Overall, Good Service & the Food is Very Good. The attraction is the Small Town Diner atmosphere, which makes it a great place to relax, reminisce while enjoying a good breakfast or lunch. The only downside, is that this Cafe' isn't open for supper. We might be there more often if it were open. With that said, many such places are open for breakfast & lunch only, so to change might upset the feel of the place. We really like the Next Door Cafe'.

The waitress was upbeat and friendly, she was a big part of visit plus the food was fantastic!! I had Reuben and onion rings. The meat was tender and delicious.
My wife had the pancakes and said they were the best she ever had. I had the Country Fried Chicken Steak with sausage gravy and it was excellent also.

Food is good. Club sandwich bread was a tad too greasy.
Cute, cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The apple fritter bread french toast was to die for!!!
Pretty standard. Food nothing to write home about.
Nice place to eat. The big drawback is its business hours. Close at 3pm

This is true a true hometown, handmade meal experience, if you want the breakfast mama or grandma made for you this is the place. It has been since my first experience her in 1977
