We are always satisfied with Mexico Restaurant. Servers are always efficient and pleasant. Service is prompt. Food is prepared well and served hot.
Wrong food was delivered and still waited.too long for correction.

It was a rainy night, not a lot of people out, plenty of staff on hand. Our waiter came back one time. We had to ask for boxes and the check after we sat for 30 minutes after we had eaten. We were totally forgotten about. Even then we didn't get the check and had to ask again and for another box. I'm a heavy tipper but not tonight. To be fair this is not the normal service even when its busy but thats what made it worse. And the girl who brings around the chips and salsa slammed it on our table. So we watched. She was in a bad mood and did it to everyone. Not sure what was going on tonight but we had to laugh because it wasn't the norm. Food was good and was brought out quickly.

My husband and I go to Mexico Restaurant on a fairly regular basis. The service is superior, and the food is always well prepared, hot and the servings are ample. But most of all, my husband LOVES the frozen Margaritas!

Service at Mexico Restaurant is excellent. Almost as soon as you are seated you are served complimentary chips and salsa. The main meal is served quickly and hot. While you are not rushed, you can get in and out in 45 minutes if you so choose.
We've eaten here many times and have always found it of high quality. We both ordered caritas platters One platter had nice chunks of tasty meat with green sauce. The plain carnitas platter had large amounts of fat in the meat chunks. That was disappointing. The waiter did not ever stop by after initially asking how things were a few seconds after he set the plates down. This was not a typical visit to this usual excellent restaurant.

We were there at lunch time and it wasn't busy at all but still the service was above and beyond. They checked in on us multiple times and kept our drinks full.
Service is always fast and food is good. Our only complaint is that during Happy Hour, their Jumbo Margaritas are supposed to be reduced to $6.95, however the servers always charge the regular price of $8.95 and we need to address this issue at the front desk. They are always polite and make the correction.

The food is very good - and the margaritas are excellent! Mexico Restaurant is conveniently located on Rte 4, and you can be in and out in less than hour if you so choose.

I was the only one there at the time in the restaurant, although the bar is on the other side and people were in there. But because I was the only one in the restaurant, I "assumed" that the service would be very poor. Much to my amazement, the service was excellent. The food was also excellent, and I don't use that word very often. I left a bigger tip than I usually would have left because of everything. When I purchased the Restaurant.com certificate, I was mistaken about how far the restaurant was from my house, and I probably won't be going back. But for people who live within a few miles of it, I would highly recommend it.

Happy hour great food quality was great on taquitos and bad on other plate (tacos) no meat hardly I combined 2 tacos
I would have given them a 5 but they started charging for the chips and that was a surprise. Need to keep that in mind for the future and ask that the chips be brought with the meal.
Food was very good, and as usual service was excellent. We left our house, which is about 5 or 6 miles away from the restaurant, got our meal, ate, and were back home in a little over an hour.

We have been to Mexico dozens of times, but it seems to be getting slightly worse each time. We ordered guacamole as the appetizer thinking they would make it at our table like we saw another table get, but that did not happen. The waiter did not speak even a little English, so when I asked how the new chili con queso was, he just nodded and wrote something down thinking I was ordering it - which just led to more confusion. Also, our food came out no more than 3 minutes after we ordered, which is not a good thing considering people generally go out to eat to chat, have a couple drinks and take their time. We were in and out of the restaurant in 40 minutes. Not exactly what you expect when you get dress up to go out to eat. We felt rushed.I still like Mexico, but if things don't change I have no problem checking out other options for Mexican cuisine.I hope this critisism helps! My brother owns a restaurant and I know he would like this type of feedback, even if it seems harsh.
