Your place is dessert for my friend and I. She lost her husband 3 years ago and my husband and I aren't getting along. We go to ARC and then your fabulous place.
We were greeted by three people, one person to sit us, one person that brought us waters, and one person to take our order. There was not one person to ask us how our food or if we needed more water once the order was taken. The Juevos Rancheros were below average and my fries were soggy with the fish and chips. Not to mention we were without drinks our whole visit.

We totally enjoyed the menu combination items from American and Mexican recipes. My husband chose an omelette creation and I enjoyed a fajita salad. Both were so delicious and out of this world good.

Jus Gus is the hidden gem for Dinner food. It has been our secret spot for over 5 years and the quality of food and service has never let us down. Beware of the Sunday Church rush followed by the Second wave of those needing diner food to absorb late nigh shenanigans. Their cinnamon rolls and cup of fresh brewed coffee has been known to save marriages and friendships. Never tried the second location but if it’s half as good as the original one, youd be a fool to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

The service was prompt, friendly and accurate. All our meals at Jus Grill have been tasty and nicely presented. The first time we dined there was because of the restaurant.com certificate but we were impressed that evening and since then, we have returned many times. We highly recommend dining there. One more thing: they appreciate our Veterans by honoring them with a discount and that is very much appreciated.

One teeny, tiny mistake. Gravy on burger. I trying to lose weight so ordered no gravy. I sure cook automatically puts it on. Not a big deal. Owner and waitress wanted to take back n fix. No problem. Just always perfect.

Their food is very plentiful platters. Always seems freshly prepared. They have lots of staff to keep your water glasses full and get your food to the table right off the stove.

We like the family atmosphere. On this visit, our server ignored us after she brought the food. When we needed something, we waited quite a while to catch her attention, and finally had to get up and find someone to bring a side of ranch dressing. She only refilled our water because we asked her to, and never did ask if we needed anything. She did not smile when serving us, and didn't seem to enjoy her job.

Server had very bad attitude, did not return to see if we needed anything. Salad bowls remained on the table through our whole meal, no space to eat dinner. When using our certificate we were treated very bad.
The lady that checked us out was very rude! She threw my credit at me on the counter instead if handing it to me. She didn't speak nicely and acted as though it was a problem to help us.

Not fancy dining, but EXCELLENT high quality and ample quantity meal served by a great wait staff. A very large selection of all types of meals. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner served all the time. For the meal that you get it is reasonably priced.

I love going here. We visit A LOT. The only weird thing is the bacon. Today was limp. I have also had it very crisp/nearly burnt and one time it was perfect. I have also received all three on a plate together as I order bacon on the side.

I always order a side of bacon. This time all of the bacon was cooked perfectly. The last couple of times have been either way under cooked or some under cooked and some too crispy.

The service could have been better! Once we received our food, no one came to check up on us! We received the bill from a male staff and we told the staff at the register that the drinks weren't added onto the bill. There were two women who took our orders and I guess didn't communicate too well!

The Waite staff forgot that the customer is always right. Asking for a substitute of bacon - nope cannot do it. The staff was rude - threw our bill on the table . The host walked minutes ahead of us -threw the menus on the table - we were confused if that's where he wanted us to sit. Very disappointed as this was one of our favorites.

I did not like the seating arrangement. they put a small table and a larger table together and said that is the way they always do it but another group came in and they put two large tables together as I have seen them do numerous times in the past. We requested seating in the other part of the restaurant where they could have put the tables together but they seated close to the kitchen anyway. it is uncomfortable having the staff cart food around us and over our head. I had out of town guest and they like the food but was not impressed with the seating or being lied to about putting tables together. It was most embarrassing for me as I bragged about how great this place was. This visit I was very disappointed.

Our server was efficient, friendly, and never hovered. Our food was absolutely perfect and delicious, including the side of bacon I added later. Most restaurants can't be bothered to cook bacon "crisp and dry", even when I specifically request it. Within only a few minutes, I was given four bacon strips cooked to absolute perfection. We will definitely return to Jus Grill.

It was at the rush dinner hour and they were getting full fast. There seemed to be more people than servers, which happens at that time. The fact they expanded into another serving area next door shows they are popular, and for good reason. I enjoy the soups, and salads, the mark of a good place in my mind. The food was good. The wings were great, crispy and nice buffalo tang. The steak was not the best I ever had but for that cheap of a price, I would not rule out getting a another steak next time. Plus you got a lot of extra sides. You got a good value for the price. There are so many options to satisfy everyone's tastes. You can order a bunch of different items and not break the bank. Food was served lightning quick. Only negative was my cup of Chili was forgotten. Heck, I forgot too because it came with so many other sides! They gave me a cup to go though. We live south of Denver but we are planning on returning and I will get those crispy wings again!

I had purchased the $10 gift certificate. I would received $10 off of my bill if I spent $20. Our bill was $20.16 without taxes. They only took off $9.20 off my bill. When I asked why, they could not give me answer. I "spanish" speaking cashier gave me some kind of explanation about the register is the one that decides the amount of the discount. What? Needless to say I was very disappointed that the gift certificate was not fully used and that a cash register was the one that decided my discount.
It is like the old neighborhood cafe, where they know you after the first time, and have your drink preferences memorized etc! Patrons stay after and chat with the staff and others. She had said anything with green chilie being that i was spanish and live in southeastern Colorado i love green chile so i tried it. The steak burrito very large potion and was worth it after our coupon 4 of us only had to pay 18$ I really recommend this place will be back next time I'm in Denver.

We've always had a good experience when dining at Jus Grill. The coupon was the topping on the cake.

It is very much like the old neighborhood cafe, where people know each other and are very friendly! The food is diverse and usually very good We are always treated well, and they make extra effort to welcome and make room for our two special needs children
food prices good but poor quality and presentation. only one waiter so never got drink refills. they do nothing for bday celebrations not even happy bday with a free cookie
