Not friendly, not accommodating. I really wanted to like this place, but was a disappointment.
Small, not the cleanest place I ever ate at. Looks like a local dive in a small neighborhood. Not someplace I would go back to. Glad I had the $10.00 off, very expensive for a not so great dog! Costco's are better!

Best dogs--burgers,too. "Real soda" with no fructose syrup. Owners, Harvey and Judy are always great. There is no other excellent hot dog mecca in miles. Go there. You'll go back again--Great Place.

One guy ordered Italian sausage and it came out as beef. Was correct and delicious

This place is absolutely amazing! Much to choose from as well! Very clean and staff is very nice! I strongly recommend this place to everyone!!! Food is always consistent and the fries are freshly made! Awesome job!!!

Ok, this isn’t The Four Seasons, doesn’t want or try to be. What it is, though, is one of the honest to God BEST hot dog places you’ll ever find! The quality and variety is top notch, the fries hot and delicious, cole slaw perfect and selection of sodas interesting and fun! And, they love Rest.com! Never seem disappointed when you show your voucher like some places do. Go to this place! You’ll go back!

Unique sausages and a favorite Montreal smoked brisket. Fresh cut fries. Love this place. For me a taste of home.

The best dogs south of Manhattan(or Chicago). Burgers also excel. Large variety of "real" sodas--without high fructose syrup--with cane sugar. Just a great place for a burger or a dog!

The menu is great. They have quite a variety of different hot dogs & sausages and everything I've tried is great. The Italian Beef sandwich is really good, too. The owner waited on me and was very friendly.

No sign in front, hard to locate
Glad i found Restaurant.com info I live 35 miles away, but was going to Boca, so I typed in the zip and Restaurant.com does it again! It was a unique hot dog place, seating only about 25 people. We got there 11:30 so we were able to order and eat. By the time we left it was getting crowded. It was not dirty, the sizes of the sausages was fine,pleasant order taker, good fries and serve yourself drinks. The only complaint (and it really is not a complaint!) is that the menu is hug he! Dogs, sausages, hamburgers, salads etc. I guess that it's O.K. but it will take me 50 visits to try what i want!

A small little place. The hot dogs are good. They have dozens of different specialty hot dogs. e.g., Cheese Steak Hot Dog, Ruben Hot Dog, etc.
The place was packed. No tables when we first went in however one cleared quickly. Place is starting to seem a little dirty. The bottom of the front door in the inside is a mess and so is the front inside mat. YUCKY
As a Native NYer who's always been spoiled by Nathan's Famous, I must shamelessly admit to having tried Chicago Style Dawgs for the first time. Great taste, great price.

It was not a busy night during the week and yet the restaurant was dirty ...There were crumbs on the counter and on some of the tables ...

I had the gyro sausage dog and it was excellent! We also had the homemade fries and Italian Beef sandwich----delicious. There is so much to try and it keeps us coming back.
we got there when they first opened and the floor mats inside the door had not even been vaccuumed. Seems at the start of the day they should have been clean

This was my first time at Hotdogopolis on a FRIDAY === it's a small place, limited seating, but they were amazingly busy, and people didn't object to having to wait.
My Wife's hot dog was good my Gyro was not good.

The man at the register took time to explain some of the Game meat dogs. I tried the Crocodile, The Elk, and The Lamb. As suggested I had the Lamb as a Gyro Dog that was worth the trip by its self. Will order all again, after I try some of the other game dogs.
They have a great menu and very friendly staff. The Elk sausage is amazing!

I had a terrible experience with the service at this establishment. I know for a fact that I had placed an order for sweet potato fries because my friend witnessed it. I also placed an order for a couple of items to go in addition to the items I planned to eat there. I get the items that had planned to eat there BUT not the fries. Because I thought they were on back order with the fries I waited a couple of minutes before asking for them. When I asked the cashier said, "Oh, it's coming right up." I wait more and then ask again later for the fries. The same cashier tells me, "Oh you didn't order fries." He shows me a reprint of my receipt and I look at my original and he did not order the fries but he also didn't order my to-go items correctly either. He put MORE items than what I wanted on my tab. Then to straighten out my to-go order was another mess because I didn't want all that food. He didn't understand that in the beginning and when he finally understood then he gave me a refund. This is all with the cashier because he sees to take care of the front of the house. I don't think he is fully paying attention at his job.

The placed was packed with customers and the seating was full and limited but by the time our meal was cooked we found seating. The hamburgers were very tasty and cooked exactly as ordered. We will go back again.
A very casual spot, but perfect for dogs. Many varieties. Poppy seed rolls were soft and fresh. Dogs were moist and very tasty. Toppings were varied, fun and delicious. Will definetely return on our next FL trip.
