It was the year of 1937 in Hondo, Texas, when Alvin Britsch began what would become a family tradition spanning 3 generations. Britsch was known for his delicious famous Pepper Steaks. At Hermann Sons Steak House, we take food seriously and we have developed a reputation for excellence all across the state of Texas. We serve plates of our House Specials, Steaks, Seafood, Chicken, Enchiladas, Appetizers, Salads, Sandwiches, Desserts & more. We provide a full bar - that serves beer, wine, & liquor. We provide 2 different party rooms for larger parties and reservations. We look forward every day to serving our wonderful customers of Medina County and those who travel to dine with us as well.
