We love Farina's. Food and presentation was wonderful.
Food great. Service a bit disjointed. Staff all nice, but busy and we didn’t know who our actual server was as different ones brought things and we had to flag staff down for some ordering and to get our bill. Overall it was certainly good enough to return.
Second visit was kind of average. Very noisy! My filet was served rare instead of MW. Our first visit had been so good we were disappointed.

Server was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is unique with antiques for sale around the restaurant. The steaks were OK but were cooked over temperature. Sides veggies seemed like they were just frozen bag of veggies.

Well ive been a few times. This last time was only my husband and myself. Other times we took more members. But we used our certificate and it didnt leave us with the best experience our server immediately changed her attitude upon seeing it. Meaning we probably wont go back anytime soon. Even though we were trying to make this a bimonthly thing.

Food was mediocre and over priced. The atmosphere is that of a late night bar - lots of hollering and loud music made it very hard to talk, or enjoy what became a very expensive, less than memorable dining experience. The steak was $28.00..... very greasy and forgettable. With restaurants like Perry’s just down the street - who has comparable prices for amazing steaks/entrees - there’s just no comparison regarding quality and pricing. We will not be back.
We shared two really good salads and two pizzas. The food, the service, the live music, and the atmosphere were all very good. I great evening!
The food and service are always great and they have a very nice patio outside that we enjoy. On our last visit we were the only ones sitting outside and we still received excellent service.

Beautiful place. We were seated right away, served quickly. The salads were great as were the entree’s we ordered. The bread baskets were wonderful. Ordered three different desserts and all were great!!

Value is good. But there was a standard 20% tip applied to the bill for a party of 3. AND the charge receipt had a blank space for the tip. This seems to be standard practice and there is no notification the tip is alreadyincluded in the tab.
Their "Italian Salad with Shrimp" is awesome. They make their own salad dressing and it is so good!
It was a very warm and inviting place to eat and the people were friendly and accommodating.
We love Farina's. We love the atmosphere, the food, the drink..etc. We have never had a bad meal. This is our go to place when we want to get out of town.

Excellent food (I had the pizza and my wife the salmon, and we shared a fantastic and very large coconut pie slice for dessert). My wife drinks wine, and she said the house cab was very good, too. Very nice restaurant, friendly service, rustic chic atmosphere. They also had live music, but unfortunately, we had to leave before it started. We'll come again when we can stay later.

The server was patient with us. Although there were 4 of us, we order one thing at a time and split it..so there were a round of drinks, then a plate of appetizers, one entree, then we ordered another entree, lastly was dessert. Our server, Matt M, was great, applied the credit, added the tip so it was easier for us to split the rest of the check, and charged the split cost Among 3 credit cards. All with a smile and appreciation!

The experience was great! It had a really great atmosphere, the server Jess was awesome and we really enjoyed the wine and dinner. Jess was knowledgeable on the different wines and helped us figure out what we would like and was really patient with us. We also got to see the patio and it's amazing. Great for large parties! We also enjoyed the singers they had there....

We just look Farina's. The staff are all so nice and it's kid friendly. The food is also very good :) I try to come more then 2-3 times a year. I come at least every 2-3 mos out of the year.

We realize it was Saturday, but we were seated at 5:00 and the service was intermittent and we had to wait quite a while for the check, and our entrees were brought out about 3 minutes after we got our salads. We also had to wait quite a while for another glass of wine.
We love coming here. Great back porch. Slower service out there, but it's okay, coz it's off their beaten path.

service was good,waiter was exceptional at the beginning,got a little perturbed after we asked a few questions. We went specifically that evening because of the prime rib special, only, after ordering drinks and appetizers, we were informed there was no more prime rib left, so we all had to change to something else. I feel we should have been told that at the very beginning. Very slow service from one course to the next, we were seated over 90 minutes before we got to the main course. We would go back for sure, one of our favorite restaurants, when on vacation in North Myrtle Beach, SC. We were just very disappointed with the prime rib situation.

My food was good, but my boyfriend's salmon was too dry.We took it for the dog, he loved it.The live music was excellent, loved the decor as well, except had the perfect view into the back messy hall & shelves.

This is our best dining experience in South CArolina. The food was superb! My favorite were the mussels in white wine sauce, just perfect. The rib eye was perfectly cooked.

The food was very good, except the mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant or frozen. My salmon was nice and thick, and was perfectly cooked evenly throughout. The Italian Sausage soup was spectacular!

Love the busy ambiance. Went the night before valentine's and it was packed. It was really loud...I felt like a simple classical guitar would have been nicer...not so loud but still romantic. We thought the food was good but missing out in healthy alternatives. Salad was great tasting but stingy. Wait staff was awesome very friendly and warm and attentive. We loved all the antique doorway and old bar etc...I was just disappointed it was too loud to carry on an intimate conversation and no one ever lite our candle...details make a difference. Speedy delivery of hot food though and loved browsing next door, I don't know if it was supposed to be open but I love that....some wonderful antiques!

We dined at Joey's Tavern on Christmas Eve. The food was good and the entree portion size(s) were adequate. The place looks like they serve food as an afterthought. We were the only people in the "dining" area. The only employee we saw was one bartender, who had to do everything, including serve food at the tables. This made the service quite slow. We ordered 3 burgers, and the mushroom & swiss burger came without cheese. How is that even possible?

Portions were quite small. For example, entree salad with chicken was just a bit, if any, bigger than the side salad served with entree. One of us had pasta withppesto and grilled chicken. There was maybe a cup of pasta and 2 pieces of grilled chicken. Would have appreciated more pasta. Serving was smaller than child's portion of pasta!
Pizza was excellent. Chicken Marsala needs work. Marsala sauce was weak and placing the brown sauced neat alongside red sauced spaghetti is not the best presentation.

We got there Saturday at around 6pm with no reservation and the wait(as told)would be an hour for a table. So, we sat at the wine station ordered some wine and an appetizer the spinach artichoke dip (you gotta try it!). half way through our app our table became available (only about 20 minutes) Stephanie served us and was quite attentive (even with our Gift Certificate). My wifes Grilled white fish was way overseasoned (too salty) and Stephanie had another one prepared with less seasoning, it was delicious. This was our 4th time here, but our first just the two of us, in the past we had partys of 3,4 and 8 ,we will be back!!

Service was good, but one of the dishes had a recipe that was overpowered by brininess of the artichokes. The rest of the dishes we had were good.
The service was good and the atmosphere was inviting. One concern we had was that one of the dishes, the penne pasta with the artichoke in it was very overpowered by the artichoke. There was more artichoke in the dish than actual pasta! Unfortunately, that took away from the experience and made that dish less than stellar, but the other entrée and appetizer and dessert were all good. It was just one recipe that was off.

Farina's is amazing! Not only do they have great food, wine and service, but they offer numerous atmospheres. This is the perfect place to go for any occasion; first date, birthday celebration, anniversary, you name it! Sit by the bar and be entertained by live music or sit on the patio and feel as though you are in the heart of the wine country!
I will not be visiting Farina's again. Their waitstaff is very rude and antagonizing.
