Very friendly, Good service' And as always GREAT food.
Sausage is excellent. Had a platter with chicken, smoked pork and sides. All very good. They were out of frog legs, maybe next time. I'll be back.
The service was awesome. The portion of food was exceptional. Will come again
We waited almost an hour and a half food which isn’t the end of the world, we enjoyed spending family time and luckily I had a deck of cards in my purse to keep us entertained. Our waitress took our order and did not step foot back to our table for over an hour and a half when she brought our check. Mind you our drinks were gone before the food ever arrived so would have really liked refills to go with our dinner. A different server brought our food out and we let him know we didn’t have silverware and he said he would grab some. That didn’t happens so my husband ended up having to get up and look for some. When the host saw him looking said he would get them for us. Food was great but unfortunately the poor service ruined the experience. I doubt we will go back.
Terrible service, appetizer came after entrees, totally ignored by server and food was lukewarm.

It was very cold in the restaurant but more importantly, the plates were dirty and we had to clean them ourselves. The sides were smaller than they used to be and more expensive. After our food came, we realized the red beans and rice had pork and when we expressed that we don’t eat pork, the waitress just looked at us and said, “ok.” We were charged for white meat and didn’t receive it and then were told the chicken and waffles was white meat and it wasn’t. The breading was very thick on all the food and over fried. We have been there several times but it had been over a year. It has definitely gone down in quality and flavor. Even the okra wasn’t seasoned the same and that was always one of our favorites. Lastly, the decor has always been eclectic however I don’t remember cut out cardboard boxes being hung up on the walls and ceiling. I was very disappointed.

food was wonderful, atmosphere was terrific. Small but like the name implies cozy.
The comfort food is delicious, and the Motown music brings back many memories!

Shy is a wonderful waitstaff. She explained the menu and gave us water and pop refills without having to flag her down. Very attentive to her customers
Food was good, they had a nice variety of some different food choices that aren’t typical for this area. The staff was spectacular!
Great music is always playing, the wait staff is terrific.
The staff are friendly but the food is horrible. Everything in our order tasted old, like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours! The macaroni and cheese is dry and stiff, the bbq roasted chicken was very dry, the Cajun catfish was also old and chewy and the collard greens had absolutely no seasoning at all!
I had the 3 piece catfish sandwich and it was amazing. My son had the deluxe pulled pork with Mac and cheese on it and he couldn’t stop raving about it.
The food is very delicious reminds me of down south
A unique atmosphere, great music, amazing food, and fantastic service all for a reasonable price! Southern food for the soul!
attractive Koi pond setting in dining room adds pleasant atmosphere for enjoyable quiet dining
Food was good, music was good and our server was friendly and helpful.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Overall it was a good little “hole in the wall” diner. The decor was eclectic and interesting. The food overall was good. We had a variety the ribs, chicken and pulled pork were very good. The gizzards were chewy and the hush puppies were a touch over done.
The food was awesome and the atmosphere.
Great food, service and atmosphere.
Took almost an hour to get our food. Waitress took forever to come take order and then never checked back after given meal. Had to search her out to get bill. 2 other people were also upfront asking for their bills and 2 others were walking out on their table because of the poor service.
Somehow they accidentally gave away my reservation to a party of 6 when I had left my name and told them I had a party of 8. We were then, crammed into a booth where the the table felt too big for the booth. Luckily we don't have huge bellies so it was doable, but it still wasn't easy to get it and out. The music also seemed too loud, but that could be because we were in the booth next to the speakers in the corner of the room. The whole restaurant isn't that big though...
Amazing Southern Food. Our waiter, Eugene was very attentive and kept our drinks filled. The cornbread, red beans and rice, mac and cheese, and the smoked sausage was amazing. We have plenty left for dinner!
Fresh sushi, large portions, great staff
Went their for pulled pork and they ran out.
good home-cooked Cajun food
Food always prepared perfectly. Fast and courteous service, pleasant atmosphere, nice menu options. We always leave satisfied.
I love the atmosphere of this small southern style restaurant. From home cooking to comfort foods they do a great job. Fair prices and a real hidden gem for those who have found it. There isn't a comparable menu or atmosphere anywhere near here. The whole family from age 2+ likes to go here often!
A good selection of Southern comfort food served on a wooden board. Decor is bluesy with records hung all over the walls and ceilings. Service was good. A nice kids menu.
Very cool and unique place!
The man in the wheel chair was very friendly and so was our waitress.
Loud music
If you're looking for real southern cooking and soul food, this is the place! They have the best fried chicken in the Valley! Ribs, catfish, pulled pork, and frog legs. Add a side of hush puppies, fried okra, collard greens, mac and cheese, and the list goes on! Top it off with peach cobbler, sweet potato pie, watermelon cake, or a specialty waffle. You can't beat the prices, and the service is excellent...they treat you like Cozzy family! The decor and music add to the good vibes. You can't go just once...it's addicting!
always good there, great food, great service, nice decor.
Awesome southern food
Staff was friendly and food was amazing!
The staff was very nice to talk with. They made us feel very comfortable!
Still in a Cozzy Coma, delicious!
Very nice place considering the food and genre. Soul food at reasonable prices.
Not much room for a full house but it was quiet. Hostess/Waitress was very friendly and nice. Knowledgeable about the menu and willing to explain. Food was DELICIOUS and you definitely get quality/quantity for price.
Excellent catfish sandwiches and BBQ beans, everything we had was excellent. Wait staff was excellent in explaining their dishes. You cannot go wrong here!
Hushpuppies are always delicious;
THE ENTIRE PLACE NEEDS SOME TLC
This is absolutely one of the best Southern Foid Restaurants Ive ever eaten at. Im from the South and so happy I found this place!!
It is cozy but nice.
Dishes were never cleared from table as we finished. Server never asked how food was. Fries never came out as stated.
The owner and staff were very friendly.
Catfish and spicy bbq fried wings were great. All other food was good as well. Since we don't have much soul food variety on the area, this is worth the visit. The ambiance is wonderful and will keep my out of town guests coming back.
I had the Cozzy Platter and everything was extremely tasty. If you are in Appleton, this is a must visit restaraunt. It may not look like anything fancy but the service is friendly and the food is worth more than they charge.
Great Service and Food!!
