I do not understand the good reviews I read for this place. Everything was awful; the atmosphere, the food quality, the cost. Our bill was over $14 after the coupon and before tip (2 dined and 1 coffee). The bill was not detailed when I received it, and it probably was not right. There was some type of service charge on it for .59, which I did not ask about. The only reason we ate there (after getting the coffee and then sending back the spoiled slaw) is because I actually pitied the place, and wanted them to succeed. I was not going to write a review because I do not like to write bad reviews; however, I then decided others should be warned not to visit.
They were VERY busy but we were waited on quiet often. And they were all very nice.
