The wait is sometimes over an hour for a sandwich
They didn’t let us use a $25 restaurant.com gift card on our purchase because they said it was already used a few days before but that’s impossible because we live far away so we haven’t been there in months.
The lady taking the orders is not nice.
It was busy but the owner still made a point to talk to the customers that wanted to talk about the changes happening due to the pandemic. He was very personable and not in a negative way. I appreciate that. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich, it was huge & could only eat half. It was spectacular. I’ll be back
yes personnel are always nice. Owners son is always willing to say hello and provide excellent service.
Even though they are very busy, they have great service
the restaurant was extremely busy and had to wait 30+ minutes for my three sandwiches and fries.
Crab was outstanding Cuban great and so was potatoes
we did not dine in. Actually ordered ahead (1 hr)for pickup. I had to wait in line to pay for the order..that was not even started.VERY busy day. waited over another hour for my order.Sandwiches were not pressed- learned after I got home another hour away.The staff were all courteous, apologizing for the wait time.
Had to wait over 25 minutes for the order after calling ahead and paying for it. When order was picked up, it was wrong, shorted us 1 sandwich. Seemed to be understaffed and not organized.
Everything was great where the food was concerned but the person taking my voucher was an absolute idiot. I didn’t have a Smart phone, just my email printout. She didn’t know how to use it and refused to call the phone number on my printout. The manager (owner) finally helped me and everything was fine after that. He even gave me a $25 gift card for the cashiers poor attitude.

We went for lunch and the wait time was about 45 minutes. It is very busy and mostly out side seating because inside seat is very limited and customers waiting on food use the tables inside to sit down and wait.Would order online and pick-up order to go.
too busy anytime we go there - food is great. They need to re-build or move to a location that can handle the patronage they bring.
Not very friendly. Stopped selling salad but never took off of online menu. Drove 10 miles for salad they stopped selling

waited on phone to order at least 20 minutes, waited another 35 minutes after arriving.
You order, get your drink, and wait for your number to be called. You get your bag of food including chips. YUMMMM!
