Everyone’s food was way better than average
always a great meal, and the waitress are very nice and my drink is always the way I like it

Staff was very friendly. They were very busy on a Friday night, but didn't have to wait very long. I had shrimp stir fry & it was very good. My husband had perch & they were also very good. Salad bar was fair.
Great food and great service! must get the empanadas, the mexicali steak is great also! love the chips and salsa too! if you want a great meal and great price you must go here!

It was excellent. The wait staff were sweet and down to earth. They knew the menu and offered good recommendations. The lobster soft taco was the best I’ve has south of Maine. If you eat nothing else, have it. The rib eye steak is outstanding and the fajitas s were delicious. Brass Buckle is known for Mexican food but everything on the menu is very well done.
Mixed drinks have very LITTLE alcohol in them. Some of the food came out Luke warm. Will not go back.
Waited over 10 minutes for someone to finally realize that no one was waiting on us.

Went for unlimited wings and tacos. Not only did we never get a refill on food but we didn't get drinks refilled and were left eating food without drinks. Our orders also came out incorrect and missing items.
Chef grills medium rare not medium. Did it last time as well

Everything was good....the entrees that both my wife and I had were good....not great....but good. The service was good overall...we will go back again and try something different...we both ordered Mexican food but the menu has a nice selection of traditional American stuff too....maybe we will try that next time.

Our steaks (Mexicali and Tequila) were done to perfection and very tasty. Our server was pleasant and often stopped by our table to see to our needs.
Food was very good and our server and service was excellent..
calamari was like chewing rubberbands, tuna was overcooked. Waitress was excellent.
Thought it was a little pricey for the quality of food. Enjoyed being able to eat outside. We both had a different chicken meal and thought it was on the tough side, would not order again.

The waitress did not know what she was doing. Mix up on drinks, said meals came with vegetables & they did not! Took forever to get a refill on drinks. She was the worst waitress we ever had.

This particular time was not fabulous. The woman who seated us brought us our drink order and told us that she was not our server, but the server would be over soon. She eventually came over and we were ready to order. During this time our waitress was seated at the bar talking to other customers. The waitress who seated us took out cups to get us another drink because ours was empty and seconds later out waitress asked if we were waiting for another drink. She also said she wasnt slacking or something along those lines. Yet another woman brought us our order.vI ordered a bacon cheese burger and received a bbq bacon cheese burger which was clearly discussed in the beginning so I was waiting to see the check to see what it said. Our server did come over and ask how things were, my husband said his was good and our server just quickly said good and walked away. We will return because we love this place and the food is always delicious but if we see the same woman we will request someone else even if there is a wait.

We both had frajitas. Although they were good they were heavy on the onions and peppers and a little light on the meat and portabella mushrooms
loud children in all parts of the restaurant - we could barely carry on a conversation.
Everything is spicy (maybe diners are suppose to expect this) and the menu does not accurately describe item ordered. Example: the mango chicken was over cooked, had no mango flavor and the rice was a surprise to be pleasant (nasty).

I'm sorry to have to report this, nut I'm a regular at the BB and I've never experienced this kind of thing before last night.Yes, the restaurant was busy. There were two parties going on and a lot of people coming for take out, but when we finally got our food, two hours after we sat down, it was cold and tasteless.The waitress apologized and did take something off the bill, but when these kinds of things happen, I usually take that restaurant off my list of places to go, at least for a while.

Restaurant was flooding due to rain outside coming in. No highchairs. Food took forever. Saw a cook put someone fresh food on shelf with bus bin on dirty plates. Ewwww.
The place is going down hill. Changing things to a menu that had quality ingredients to just ok. No more pepper brownies....THEY WERE AWESOME w/ice cream.
There was large party of at least 15 Hazleton Area School District teachers who were very disruptive and loud the entire time that we dined. There behavior was bad enough but considering that I also have a brain tumor it was very excruciating listening to them. Even after telling one of them about it and telling the management nothing was done to remedy their poor behavior! It was the worst dining experience I have ever had! We were not the only diners that were unhappy with their behavior. I also contacted the management via their FB page but they had absolutely no sympathy concerning our experience. Next time we will eat at Cousin Joe's.

The food and service were good however the dining atmosphere was horrible! We were sat next to 10-12 Hazleton Area High School teachers who were non-stop all talking loudly the entire time that we dined! They had absolutely no regard for any of the other diners. We had to go elsewhere for an after dinner cocktail. Not being privileged to go out to dinner often I was quite disappointed that my dining experience was ruined by these women who should have known better than to behave the way that they did. We told our server how disappointed we were that we did not enjoy our date night and that the owner or manager really should have word with these women but no one ever did. Other guests also seemed to be annoyed by them too.

Enjoyed the fod and atmosphere. Coffe was not very good and 1 person in our party said his food was just OK.
Food is good with wide range of price options so easy to eat a lot for very little. Big selection of margaritas but couldn't find any prices for those. Cozy atmosphere. Be prepared to sit and enjoy the company you are with because service can be very slow.

Our drinks were supposed to be on special, but we got charged full price. And the full price was expensive. We only order the drinks because of the advertised special.
