North-Carolina Style barbecue. We slow smoke all of our meats in our custom made bbq pit house. We smoke whole hogs to give authentic Eastern-Carolina chopped bbq. We also offer our famous “Golden-Brown-Delicious” fried chicken and fish. Along with other slow cooked meats our authentic soul food sides include Potato-Salad, Collard Greens, Yams, and much more. Everything we make is made from scratch with all natural ingredients. This includes our all-natural hardwood charcoals we make daily.
