I give the food 5 stars for taste, large portions and menu variety. Our waitress was very friendly and handled her busy area pretty well.

It wasn't good today. We came a half hour before closing and they were more concerned with their chores than with providing awesome service and quality food.
They were very friendly and replaced an item that I didn't want with a smile knowing that my entire breakfast had to be remade. The owner, William, came by our table and made us feel very welcome. We will be back with our without a coupon.

Betty Faye's Cafe is a unique dining experience, which is a refreshing change from all the restaurant chains. The atmosphere is relaxed and very laid back, and has Western decor. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive, and the portions are large and delicious.

Chef did not show up for work until we were getting ready to leave. Food was subpar. Did not have shrimp we tried to order. Food was hurriedly prepared. Pierogies were deep fried when requested sautéed and crab cakes were burnt.

Friendly service. The breakfast food is amazing. Terrific biscuits and gravy. The waffles with strawberries and whipped cream are great too.

I was surprised to find on my ticket a 75 cent charge for a slice of onion to be added to my tuna melt. Would they charge you for that if you wanted onion on your hamburger? The worst part about it was that the waitress didn't say there would be an extra charge. Petty and I won't be back.
