aAs long-time customers we found the food quality remains excellent! The only disappointment dealt with the waiter saying the evening special was "a chicken sandwich"! A nearby waitress told a different table a totally different account of specials. All waiters need to know their 'stuff'!

The food and wait staff were excellent. Me and my family are already talking about the next time we want to go back. The manager/owner came by several times to see how are meal was. Have already recommended this restaurant to my friends and co-workers!
Bread and salads were excellent starters. Eggplant Parmesan excellent. Chicken Marsala a little sweet to my taste. Server kept water refilled, but could have stopped by a little more.
Waitress was not very attentive. Food was slow to arrive.
My son told me to make sure I rate them 5 stars. He had the coconut shrimp and new England clam chowder. I had the lobster roll and agree that it was delicious. Our waitress was fantastic as well.

Great salad & bread. Entrees were just fair (spaghetti with meat sauce & sausage & chicken piccata). Great, friendly service.
The staff wasn’t very friendly and the food was decent but our chicken was very tough from being over cooked. Between the over cooked chicken and not being wow’d by the rest of the food I didn’t think the cost matched the food. I left feeling like we should have just gone to one of our favorite restaurants that have the same price point. We will probably not use the remaining restaurant.com certificates we have because we won’t be going there again.

The staff is awesome. The lunch prices, unfortunately, are more expensive than I felt was worth.
Prices quite high. Waiter neglected to offer cheese on our salad, while I saw others getting it. Salad was good, but WAY too much dressing. It was literally dripping in it. All diners were Senior citizens
Forgot to bring our bread basket, didn't refill my water, seating was not clean and had to ask for a wipe off, pasta was not homemade.
I felt unwanted. My server glared at me when I sat down, making me very uncomfortable. I almost left.

Hostess seemed be uninterested. Had her friends seat themselves. Mussels were severely either overcooked or old/previously cooked/not fresh. Waitress who was also the hostess just had an overall non-welcoming vibe.
On the recommendation of the server, I ordered the "Lobster" ravioli. It had imitation lobster instead of real lobster as the ingredient.
We have eaten here numerous times and have always had an exceptinoal meal and great service.
Food was good. Service for a change was good. She was actually very nice to me. I didn't have to wait for 20 minutes to be waited on this time. I probably will be back.

I almost walked out. In fact, I had my coat on to go. It started with me asking for a glass of wine and the server didn't say anything but just walked away. She didn't come back for almost 15 minutes. There is more but that's enough. Probably won't be going there as often. I guess they don't like me.
Switch to real butter. Wasn't a fan of the bread.Good bread just not my flavor.

We enjoy going to this restaurant for the pasta, especially the lasanga, when we go to Meadow Brook Theatre or The Palace.

Went to Alfoccino's after a matinee concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills, so got there around 6:15 on a Friday. Very busy but the wait wasn't too bad. We got breadsticks as soon as we were seated and server took our drink order promptly. A good 10-15 minutes later he came back and asked if we were ready, then said "Let me rephrase. I am ready to take your order." We appreciated that he acknowledged he had kept us waiting, but it was clear he was busy and seemed to be doing his best. He brought salad as soon as he took our order. Salad and breadsticks were excellent. After about 20 minutes he refilled our drinks and said food would be right out. Then we didn't see him again. Eventually we asked a busboy to check on our food and he didn't seem to understand. He walked past our table twice without acknowledging us, so finally my sister went back and found our server who thanked her for bringing it to his attention. Our food arrived on hot plates but the food itself was lukewarm. I'm sure the food would have been delicious if it had been served when it was ready. To apologize, he brought us 1 piece of cake with 3 forks. As it was already 8:30 we each had a bite and took the rest home. Disappointing.
We had our old time waitress Allison back, it was very nice to see her and she remembered us. We had a pleasant dinner with friends.
I sat at the bar. They kind of ignored me. I had to find my own silverware when my meal came.
We like to go here after attending a play at Meadowbrook Theatre. Since we live in Wixom, we don't otherwise go here but do go to the Farmington Hills location sometimes. Food and service are both outstanding.

Dining atmosphere is vey comfortable. Service is always very good. Serving portions are always great and the food always has so much flavor! Best time to have dinner and beat the crowds is between 4pm to 6pm.
the food here is great and reasonably priced. I eat here on average once a week. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My only negative is that they sometimes close the doors early. They are supposed to be open till 10 during the week and sometimes they close by 9:15.

The food was not as good as we have had in the past (?). "Lightly" breaded calamari was heavily breaded and the ribs were a bit on the dry side and very salty - compared to the fall off the bone ribs we have had there in the past. Server made some errors and took awhile to return to the table several times but he was very pleasant/comical and made the evening more enjoyable. Not sure if we will be back though due to the food.

Friend ordered tea, water was not hot enough, after 3 tries, gave up on tea. I orderd whitefish, fish was mushy-not fresh. Friend ordered chicken, chicken was small, tough, and greasy. Bread basket was stale.
This is the 2nd time I experienced this relaxing Italian restaurant with awesome servers & food & environment. It is an older establishment that does everything right!!!! Thank You

We had a large senior group and often we are not able to hear each other because of the additional restaurant noise, we ask to be seated in a quiet separate area in the restaurant and they could not have been more accommodating!!!

The service was wonderful as always. The only annoyance is waitstaff/busboys always asking if we're done with our salad. I've made a game of touching the salad tongs to deter them from asking every 2 minutes they walk by. LOL. The salad is MINE! MINE I TELL YOU!!! :)

This particular visit was not as enjoyable as prior visits. The food is always excellent so it boils down to service.

It was a slow period, and things took a while to be prepared. I would normally rate the food excellent, except my partner ordered cucumbers with ranch dressing, and that order as well as the cucumber in my salad were dry. Our server was excellent and attentive.

I didn't like the fact that this restaurant advertises bottomless salad when the busboys hover near your table trying to take your salad plate and bowl away after you've finished one bowl. The waiter never checked to see if we needed a refill on beverages and we almost always have a great experience but not last night.

For me , I can't find Perch Diane like this anywhere; it's an original. My husband thinks the Eggplant Parmigiana is the best. Very friendly and fast service & a very comfortable & relaxing atmosphere.

This is a comfortable setting. Regular customers seem to be those with families or older individuals. My preference is for a more trendy venue.

My husband was very happy with his lasagna, I had the lemon chicken that was the daily special. It didn't have enough lemon flavor for me and the chicken could have been done a little more, but I am very picky. The lasagna was good, we plan to go back and both get the lasagna.

Ok. dinner come -but with mixed vegetables.another employee comes by and asked it everything was ok. son said I-he ordered mashed potatoes- not veggies. Ok. the guy brings dried up no flavor red skins!! guess they don't have mashed potatoes!! would have been nice to know the real choices.

We have dined here many times in the past at your old location and several times at this location and never had a bad meal until last evening. Your vegetables were like eating mush. The sausage in the spaghetti tasted awful and there was too much dressing on the salad and too much dressing on my friend's pasta with chicken salad. My perch was okay but it had a different sauce on it than in the past.

Alfoccino has been one of my favorite places to eat for years especially for our anniversary and birthdays. Their Italian food reminds of what Grandma use to make!

I would have liked to use more than just a $10 gift certificate. It didn't say that we couldn't use two $10 gift certificates until AFTER I had bought both of them. Disappointed in the certificates area, but it's a great place to eat.

Enjoyable experience again on this visit. Glad we returned. (We had a not so great experience last time but decided to give it another shot since our initial visit had been wonderful). From the bread basket to the main dish, & the service, the atmosphere all made for a very nice dining experience. We will continue to recommend Alfoccino & we will be coming back.

the one in farmington hills is better. i only ate here because i ordered the wrong coupon. FH location has better bread & more stuff in their salad.
